Open any card for its applied, follow-up and interview dates, its contacts, an excitement rating, free-text notes and its stage history, then export the whole board as CSV or JSON. It runs entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded. What a free account adds is the automation: matched roles landing on the board for you, cloud sync, and per-application resume versions with ATS scores.

Only from dates you entered yourself, and only against a threshold you set. The board looks at the most recent dated thing on a card — when you saved it, when you applied, a follow-up or interview date, or the last time you moved it between stages — and counts whole days since. If that count reaches the number in the 'flag as stale after N days with no movement' box, the card gets a quiet badge showing how many days it has been. The default is 14 and you can change it to anything from 1 to 365. Cards in Accepted or Rejected are never flagged, because there is nothing left to chase. This is a count of days with no movement on your own board and nothing more — it is not a claim about how long employers take to reply, and no industry timeline is built into it.

CSV gives you a spreadsheet with company, role, stage, location, salary, source, job URL, date applied, saved date, excitement, follow-up dates, interview dates, contacts and notes, in a column order that is kept stable so a sheet you built on an earlier export keeps working. JSON gives you the whole board exactly as it is stored, which is what you import back on another machine. Nothing is uploaded to produce either file.
